Timoby is the most popular ship within the BrainPOP fandom, whether it would be shipping them romantically, platonically, or as a crack ship. Moby hugs him and Tim just shrugs it off. In a similar fashion, Tim jokes about suing Moby in Court System, in which Moby sheds a tear. This ends with an iris out transition that takes the shape of a heart. In Political Parties, Moby walks over to Tim and hugs him with one arm. In the letter, Moby tells Tim that he is nice, and that he likes him. However, at the end, Moby hands Tim another letter. It turns out not to actually be a love letter, and Tim is disappointed. In Heart, Moby is seen handing Tim a love letter at the beginning. Tim complains that he never gets to lead. Moby hugs Tim, and Tim says "Cells team up and work together, just like Moby and me."Īt the end of Dance, Tim and Moby are seen dancing with each other. He refuses at first, but gives in anyway. At the end of Cell Specialization, Moby beeps for Tim to say something. The two get under a table as Moby is seen hugging Tim tightly. This scares Moby, who takes Tim by the hand.
In the video Earthquakes, an earthquake suddenly hits Tim and Moby's house. Tim then says that he isn't scared because he has Moby to protect him, causing Moby to hug him tightly, squeezing Tim in the process.
Tim believes the hug to be "calming." The video Terrorism has Tim ask if Moby is scared. In the video Autism, Moby wraps his arms around Tim, pulling him into a hug. Tim and Moby are best friends, and hugging is a very common occurrence between the two.
